Root promotion at the seedling stage: Used as a seed treatment or sprayed during the seedbed stage. It significantly promotes seedling root growth in crops including rice, wheat, maize, broad bean, tobacco, and vegetables, resulting in deeper roots, abundant foliage, and vigorous seedlings.
Growth promotion during the vegetative stage: Brassinolide promotes both cell division and cell elongation. It can also increase chlorophyll content in leaves, enhance photosynthesis, and increase the accumulation of photosynthetic assimilates. It therefore promotes vegetative growth and can increase crop yield.
Fruit and seed development during the reproductive stage: Brassinolide can increase the pollen germination rate and promote pollen tube elongation, supporting plant fertilization and thereby increasing seed-setting and fruit-setting rates. In particular, it can improve weaker parts of the plant and increase their setting rate. At crop maturity, this is reflected in increased grain number and grain weight. In melons and fruit crops, it promotes uniform fruit and improves crop quality.
Stress tolerance and phytotoxicity mitigation: Herbicide application, incorrect fungicide or insecticide use, or unsuitable concentration ratios can readily cause phytotoxicity. Timely use of brassinolide together with a high-quality foliar fertilizer can regulate nutrient transport, supplement nutrients, reduce crop damage caused by improper pesticide use, and accelerate the recovery of crop growth.
